FOR MATTHEW, ‘JUST BECAUSE IT IS DOESN’T MEAN IT SHOULD BE’, TAKES ON A WHOLE NEW MEANING.
Imagine being told that you cannot reach the top of Tokyo Tower to see the view of the city below.
Imagine getting to your hotel and discovering stairs to the front entrance.
These details may seem trivial to the majority of people but to anyone with a disability they are a big deal. Life in a wheelchair is challenging enough without having to worry about access ramps and elevators.
I imagine a world where I can go wherever I want. It is not like this yet but just because it isn’t doesn’t mean it should be like this forever.
WOW what a great 100 word challenge Mathew!
I loved reading your story as it made me really think about people with disabilities and how it affects them greatly.
Over all I think that this 100 word challenge was one of the best ones I’ve seen so far and think you should keep up the great work.

Wow Matthew, you are right! I never thought about that, but now I’ve read your fantastic 100 word challenge. I understand that life for people in a wheelchair or with a disability would be so hard.
I think your use of descriptive words is great!

Hello Matthew, what a great story about an important issue. I really like how you have repeated the word “imagine” because in this way you are forcing the reader to become engaged with the story and to think about the issue. The sentence, “I imagine… is so powerful and shows that there are other ways to imagine things and to do things. Well done.
