The snow was chilling and was freezing my skin.

They let my sister and I down the mountain, my skis turned sideways causing me to tumble into my sister making us fall down the mountain.

‘Izaac, Ciara watch out!’ my mum shouts.

I look back to see an avalanche heading towards us. “CIARA GO!” I yell, screaming. She started to hop up and help. ‘Forget about me. I’m already stuck in the snow, GO!’

But it was too late. The avalanche was already here.

‘Bye Ciara,’ I said.

‘Bye Izaac,’ Ciara said.

The deafening screams echoed into the cold night.
