HOLLY IS CONFUSED
And that’s when I saw it, the lightning fast tornado that was twirling, as elegant as a ballerina.
I felt frozen. It was ruthlessly demolishing houses that crossed its path. It was showing no mercy.
It felt futile to run so I just stood there and watched in astonishment.
All of a sudden a hand came around my shoulder and pulled me towards the door.
We both fled my house. We were sprinting down the pavement avoiding debris.
But then I turned around and the tornado had already completely flattened my house. I was so confused. Why me? Why us?

Wow! What a great story. You took me right into the experience of a tornado. I can imagine that it could be quite mesmerising and that you might stand frozen, just watching it. You chose some excellent words to create a visual image and emotional response for your readers. Well done.
You never cease to amaze me Holly. What a great story and so descriptive. Well done.
